經研究決定，現將有關任命通知如下：
一、張鵬：任聯盟主席助理、泛旅文化集團主席助理、泛旅文化（上海）公司董事、常務副總經理（負責主席的重要工作協調和上海運營中心的日常工作，以及“北京辦”部分工作）。
二、楊觀源：任聯盟上海運營中心行政總監、泛旅文化（上海）公司董事、副總經理
（市場工作主要負責和協調江浙滬地區和華南地區）。
三、李雪松：任聯盟《世界酒店》雜志社執行主編兼媒體采編中心總監。
特此任命，自發文之日起執行。

WHA Appointment Announcement
Dear all related leaders and persons-in-charge,
Based on research, it is decided to announce as below:
1.Chris Zhang is appointed as WHA Assistant Chairman, PTCG Assistant Chairman, Director and Standing Deputy General Manager of Pan Tourism Culture Shanghai Company (in charge of important work coordination and daily work of Shanghai operation center as well as part work of Beijing office).
2.Grace Yang is appointed as Administration Director of WHA Shanghai Operation Center, Director and Deputy General Manager of Pan Tourism Culture Shanghai Company (her marketing work including coordination of work in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai and Southern China).
3.Joanna Li is appointed as Executive Chief Editor of WHA World Hotel Magazine Press and Director of Media Editing Center.
It is hereby to appoint and comes into effect upon this release.
